Terms and Conditions

  • The computer must be turned on and connected to the internet.
  • The client must have installed one of the tools we use for remote access and authorize access.
  • One of our specialists will access the client's computer and performs a quick check, an initial diagnosis and communicates to the client the cost, possible start time and the estimated time to execute the work.
  • While accessing the computer, the client can remain looking at the screen to ensure that nothing is being done that could affect the computer or access sensitive information stored on it.
  • The duration of the service will depend of the problems detected and can vary from 20 minutes to several hours; if it were necessary to perform updates to the operating system or a deep virus cleaning, just to name a couple of examples.

Terms and Conditions

  • When the computer does not turn on, it cannot connect to the Internet or the client prefers that the specialist go to the physical location where he is.
  • In this scenario, when the specialist arrives, he will make a preliminary diagnosis of the equipment and determine if the repair can be done on site or if it is necessary to bring the computer to our facilities for a comprehensive diagnosis with the appropriate tools.
  • Visit and diagnosis price is $35.00, which must be paid when the service is requested.
  • If the work can be done at the moment, the specialist will inform the problems detected, the price of the repair and the estimated time of execution. Payment must be made upon completion of the work; previous demonstration that the equipment is working correctly.
  • If it is necessary to take the computer to our facilities, we have up to one business day to inform of the final diagnosis, the price and the time it will take to repair. If the client does not accept, he can request that the equipment be returned at the original location for $25.00 or pick it up directly at no cost.
  • If the client accepts the proposal, once the work is finished, the computer will be returned to the place where it was collected or another agreed place; as long as the distance is similar. The payment will be made at the time of delivery, after demonstrating that the computer works correctly.

  • The price of this service is $30.00 and the response will be sent within two business days. The payment is in advance.
  • Once you make the purchase and receive the new equipment or part, we can configure it and install the required software: remotely or on site. The price to do it remotely is $50.00 and $75.00 on site. Payment will be made upon completion of the work.
